Research Manager

Coordinates day-to-day delivery of ARC research projects: timelines, deliverables, documentation, and the link between researchers, field teams, and external collaborators.

Background

ARC Institute menjalankan beragam proyek penelitian kesehatan yang menuntut koordinasi cermat antara peneliti, analis, tim lapangan, dan mitra eksternal. Untuk memastikan setiap proyek berjalan tepat waktu, sesuai standar ilmiah, serta memenuhi persyaratan etik dan administratif, ARC membuka posisi Research Manager yang menjadi penggerak operasional di balik kelancaran riset, mulai dari perencanaan hingga diseminasi hasil.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day implementation of ARC research projects.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and research documentation.
  • Coordinate with researchers, analysts, field teams, and external collaborators.
  • Monitor research progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Support ethics submissions, administrative requirements, and project compliance.
  • Organize team meetings and maintain action trackers.
  • Coordinate dissemination activities, including manuscripts, reports, policy briefs, and presentations.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (S1/S2) in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Social Sciences, Management, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in research projects, project coordination, or research administration.
  • Good understanding of research workflows and scientific publication processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Experience coordinating health research projects.
  • Familiarity with research ethics and grant-funded projects.
  • Experience working with government agencies, universities, or international partners.
  • Basic understanding of quantitative or qualitative research methods.
