About this session
This session covers ambulatory care sensitive conditions, the hospital admissions that stronger primary care could have prevented, used as a lens on first-contact services across the system. We show how the INA-ACSC measure is defined, where avoidable admissions cluster, and what they say about primary-care strength. You will leave able to use ACSC rates to assess primary care in your own area.
