About this session
This session presents the AMHASS health-system reading of non-communicable disease services, tracing the diabetes and hypertension cascade from detection through treatment to control. We show where people fall out of the cascade and what that implies for service design. You will come away understanding the cascade approach and how to read it for your own region, with the companion workbench for hands-on use.
