About this session
This session covers the supply and distribution of midwives and the maternal, newborn, and child health workforce, and the gaps that bear on maternal outcomes. We show how the workforce is mapped and where it is thin relative to need. You will leave able to read the MNCH workforce picture for your area and link it to maternal and newborn health.
