Legal and regulatory analysis for Indonesia's health system.
The Health Law Center studies the legal frameworks that govern Indonesia's health system, from national legislation and ministerial regulations to subnational rules and their interaction with health financing and service delivery. Its work maps how laws and regulations relate to one another, identifies gaps and conflicts across the regulatory corpus, and translates legal analysis into evidence that supports policymakers, regulators, and health institutions. The center treats health law as a working layer of the system rather than a static text, with attention to enforcement, harmonization, and patient and provider rights.
The center is led and staffed by the researchers below, working with academic and institutional collaborators.
