Costing, value, and payment evidence for Indonesia's health system.
The Health Economics Center develops costing, cost-effectiveness, and provider-payment evidence to inform benefit-package design and resource allocation under Indonesia's national health insurance (JKN). Its work spans bottom-up service costing, health technology assessment, and the measurement of system efficiency, with an emphasis on reproducible tools that public agencies and researchers can audit and reuse. The center pairs applied analytics with policy translation so that findings can be carried directly into financing and coverage decisions.
The center is led and staffed by the researchers below, working with academic and institutional collaborators.
